Empties! Fresh, B&B and LUSH

Here are some reviews of my latest empties. These are the products that I splurged on and don’t regret my decision:

Fresh – Soy Face Cleanser

I’m not going to lie, this cleaner took a while for me to get used it. I got the larger size, spending close to $50 and for the first week regretted my decision. I wasn’t used to using a facial cleanser that didn’t get sudsy which deterred me. I usually love the bubbles. It wasn’t until I realized it was actually working that I fell in love.

This cleanser works perfectly for removing your makeup. I actually keep in right in the shower and use it every night to wash the day away. It is super gentle; doesn’t irritate my skin, burn my eyes, anything. Not to mention, it makes my skin super soft and smooth.

I bought the large 150ml bottle in May this year (it’s been 6 months!) and still a little product left. A little bit goes a long way with this product! It’s milky, smells great. My next bottle is getting shipped right now. (Oh, VIB Rouge and your free shipping ❤)

Wanna give it a try but don’t want to splurge? As for a sample from a Sephora store near you!

Bumble & Bumble – Hairdressers Invisible Oil Primer

I bought this product to replace a crappy heat protectant I had been using for a while. I ended up loving it for more than just heat protection. I use a few sprays on my damp hair and it changes the texture of my hair from course and tangled to soft and manageable. It smells great and works well. I’ve had the 250ml bottle for almost a year ago and still have a few squirts left. For $31, that’s a long lasting product.

While I love this product, I wanted to try their invisible oil next. My mom gave this one a try and loved it too so I’m hoping it will do the trick.

LUSH – Jasmine & Henna Fluff-Eaze

This is me new favourite hair mask. Sorry Marilyn! My sister got me a LUSH gift card for my birthday in the summer and I decided to buy this $26 pot as one of my gifts. That means I’ve had this pot for quite some time! That said, I use about as much as you would with normal conditioner and not the recommended amount.

I usually leave the mask in for a minimum of an hour. Sometimes I even leave it in all night. Sometimes I’ll put a tiny bit on the ends of my hair to use as a leave in conditioner. Especially when I leave my hair naturally curly.

I usually hate leaving my hair natural, but this product reduces frizz and leaves my hair soft and silky.

So yeah, I’ve already bought my second pot.
